What is the Document Locker?

The Document Locker is where you can view and download your fund-related documents. It includes two categories:

  • Pending Documents – Documents you’ve signed that are still awaiting the fund manager’s counter-signature.

  • Fully Executed Documents – Documents that have been signed by both you and the fund manager.

How do I view or download a Pending Document?

  1. Go to the Document Locker.

  2. Under Pending Documents, find the document you want to view.

  3. Click “View” to open the PDF in a new browser tab.

  4. Use your browser’s built-in options (usually “Save” or “Download”) to save the file to your computer.

What are Fully Executed Documents?

These are documents that have been signed by both you and the fund manager. They are considered final and legally binding.

How do I download Fully Executed Documents?

You have two options:

Option 1: Download a Single Document

  • Click “View” next to the document.

  • A new tab will open with the PDF.

  • Use your browser’s download or save option to save the file.

Option 2: Download Multiple Documents at Once
