Once your subscription is finalized, all post-closing communications—such as capital calls, K-1 forms, tax reporting, and other fund-related updates—are handled outside of Vanilla.
These communications will be sent directly to you or to the contacts listed in your subscription by the fund or its administrator. If you’re looking for any post-closing information, please reach out to your fund contact directly for assistance.
