If you need to update your name, email address, password, or signature, you can do so through your Vanilla account—provided you’ve already created a password and set up multi-factor authentication. If you haven’t created a password yet, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
Updating Your Name and Email Address
Log in to Vanilla using your credentials.
On the Dashboard, locate your name in the upper-right corner (or lower-left on some screens) and click the dropdown arrow.
Select “View Profile" to open the Edit Profile page where you can make name and email edits.
Find the “View Profile” option under the User Menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.
On the Edit Profile page, under Personal Details, you can:
Update your first, middle, and last name.
Enter a new email address.
If changing your email:
A confirmation modal will appear.
Click “Save and Sign Out" on the modal.
The next time you log in, use your new email address and your existing password.
Actions: Change Password
From the Edit Profile page, scroll to the Actions section.
Click “Change Password.”
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the password update process.
Update Signature Block
You can update your signature block in two ways:
During the document signing process.
In advance, by going to the Personal Details section of your profile and updating your Signature Configuration.
This ensures your updated signature will be used in future signing workflows.
