Submitting Multiple Subscriptions in Vanilla
Vanilla allows investors to submit more than one subscription to the same fund. This is useful if, for example, you want to subscribe once as an individual and again as an entity, or if you’re submitting subscriptions for multiple trusts.
You can submit an additional subscription using one of the two methods below:
Option 1: From the Subscription Overview Page
Open the Subscription Overview page for an existing subscription.
In the top-right corner, click the three-dot menu.
Select “Submit Another Subscription.”
A message will appear explaining the process. Click “Proceed.”
A new, blank subscription questionnaire will open for you to complete for that fund.
Option 2: From the Dashboard (For Logged-In Users Only)
This option is only available to users who have created a Vanilla account with a password. It is not available to users accessing via a one-time verification code.
Log in to Vanilla and go to the Fund Dashboard.
Locate the fund tile for the fund you want to submit another subscription to.
At the bottom of the tile, click “Submit Another Subscription.”
A message will appear explaining the process. Click “Proceed.”
A new, blank subscription questionnaire will open for you to complete.
