Review and Confirm: Final Steps Before Signing

Once you've completed all steps in the subscription process, you'll arrive at the “Review and Confirm” page. What you see here depends on your role:

If You’re a Delegate

You’ll see a “Send to Investor for Signature” button.

  • Click this button to notify the Signatory (or Signatories) that the subscription book is complete and ready for their signature.

  • An email will be sent automatically to the Signatory with instructions to sign the documents.

If You’re a Signatory

You’ll see a “Proceed to Signature” button.

  • Click this to begin the signing process.

  • You’ll be guided through reviewing and signing the subscription book and fund agreement.

Signing the Documents

  1. Start the Signing Process
At the top of the screen, you’ll see how many documents require your signature. Click “Go to Signature Page” to begin.

  2. Apply Your Signature
On the signature page, click “Sign Here.”

    • A prompt will appear to configure and apply your e-signature.

    • If required, enter your title and click “Save” next to the title field.

  3. Continue to the Next Document
Use the button at the top of the screen to move to the next document.

    • Most users will sign two documents: the subscription book and the fund agreement.

  4. Submit Your Signed Documents
Once all documents are signed, click “Submit Documents for Approval” at the top of the screen.

After Signing

  • You’ll be returned to your Vanilla Dashboard.

  • A message will confirm that your subscription has been submitted.

  • If additional Signatories are required, you’ll see a message listing who still needs to sign.
